WSE & WSE Inspection
ACL Engineering’s team of competent examiners are able to carry out full audits and maintenance of your pressure system so that it fully complies with Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 Legislation and can provide a Written Scheme of Examination (WSE).
Safe Working Conditions
Pressurised operating systems, such as compressed air systems, play a pivotal role in the daily running of many industries, but safety is key and the failure of a pressure system can lead to serious damage, injury or even death.
The HSE regulations state that all owners of a pressurised system are legally obliged to have their equipment serviced regularly and must have a Written Scheme of Examination (WSE).
Legal Requirements
The Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 is a legal requirement that requires users and owners of any size pressure system to certify that they know the safe operating parameters of their pressure system.
This includes pressure gauges, safety valves, pipework, level indicators and pressure and temperature switches. This legislation also covers regular ongoing maintenance plans to ensure the pressure system remains within its operating limits.
Regular Maintenance is essential
One of the leading causes of pressure system failure is poor and irregular maintenance. It is therefore vital that you have your pressure system regularly tested and certified to ensure optimum and safe working conditions.
ACL Engineering technicians have the necessary skills and experience to provide WSE inspection, testing and certification for your air compressor systems.
