Atlas Copco had the NGP range of Nitrogen Generators available, ACL quoted to supply the package inclusive of buffer vessel, air treatment and full installation with commissioning which was installed in May that year.

Three years later following the success of the soldering of the printed circuit boards and the Atlas Copco generator supply of high quality Nitrogen, the customer decided to purchase 2 more of the soldering machines, this meant that the Nitrogen Generator needed to be upgraded to a bigger unit, this came at a perfect time for the customer because Atlas Copco had launched their new NGP+ range of generators, ACL sized the system, checking and confirming that there was enough capacity from the existing Atlas Copco VSD+ air compressor. The NGP20+ generator was supplied, installed and commissioned in July this year.
